The unit is housed in a rugged aluminium extrusion case, with robust polyurethane end-cheeks which give the AR-133 a very distinctive look. Input connectors are both 1/4" jack sockets and an XLR socket, the latter meaning that the AR-133 can be used to convert unbalanced signals to a balanced output on XLRs throughout. The arched case allows cables to run back underneath the unit from the end for neat cable management. Input attenuation is 0, -20 or -40dB, making the box suitable for instrument, line or amplifier levels on inputs. On the output side, a ground-lift switch is provided for quick solutions to ground-loop problems. The AR-133 uses an enhanced version of the same audio path as the AR-116, now regarded by many people as a reference standard. The sound quality is legendary, particularly on acoustic and bass guitars. Numerous applications can be satisfied by the AR-133. For example, as well as the traditional guitar use, the AR-133 can be used with keyboards, DJ consoles, amplifier outputs, and other electronic sources. An additional bonus is the ability to use the AR-133 as an active balancing device.

  • The MX422 is a four channel, microphone/line mixer with balanced XLR inputs and outputs. The unit is ideal for the broadcast and video markets. It has the same features of other ENG / portable mixers without the extremely high price. Applications include: * DV Field Production. * Electronic News Gathering. * Location Recording (Dialogue and Music). * Digital Recording. * Broadcast Remotes. * Desktop Mixing for Video Post Production. MX422 FIELD MIXER METER RESPONSE: The meters are set at the factory for a 0 indication of a 0 dbv output level. Non responding meters is caused by only one thing, not enough level from the output amp. To correct this please verify the following. Start with the channel and master at center positions. Make sure the monitor switch is out. 1. Turn up the trim control to the point where the meters read the level you desire. 2. If this causes too much output from the output jacks, push in the attenuator button near the output jacks. 3. Fine tune the level you want with the channel and master controls. Finally, if the Pro standard of 0 dB is too hot for you, there are trim pots for each meter inside the unit that can be adjusted down to a 0 indication of about -10dBv.

  • Sennheiser EM 6000 is a two-channel digital receiver and operates over a bandwidth of 244 MHz (470-714 MHz) that is covered by the three transmitter versions (470-558 MHz, 550-638 MHz, and 630-718 MHz). For multichannel systems, up to eight receivers can be cascaded without the need for an additional antenna splitter since it is built into the receiver itself; the multichannel system then operates with a single pair of antennas. System latency is 3 milliseconds. Superior reception, reliable audio Reliability has always been a hallmark of Sennheiser wireless systems, and Digital 6000 fulfills this promise by employing true bit diversity, transmission error correction, and additional intelligent error concealment. True bit diversity ensures significantly better reception quality than is available with other systems. While diversity or true diversity use the RF signal from a single antenna or the audio signal from a single receive path, respectively, true bit diversity uses both receive circuits and combines their information to create the optimum receive signal in this way. Digital 6000 receivers are equipped with a Link Quality Indicator that ensures that problems are seen before signal losses arise. If, as is the case in difficult RF environments, the signal was momentarily degraded to such an extent that transmission error correction could not perform any repair, the Digital 6000's intelligent error concealment is activated. By employing intelligent learning algorithms to replace the deteriorated signal, the Digital 6000 still transmits perfectly where other digital systems might fail. For data security, an especially important feature for conferencing and business use, Digital 6000 enables AES 256 encryption. The EM 6000 receiver features an easy-to-view white OLED display that provides a quick overview of the RF signal, link quality, audio signal, battery status, frequency and encryption. Several screens provide easy access to additional information without the user having to search through complicated sub-menus. Messages of critical operating and error conditions are shown directly on the display.
