What a privilege to film at Casa Mazzetti, the home of one of Italy’s oldest and most revered Aceto Balsamico producers.
The interview with Cesare Mazzetti was conducted by Michelin starred English chef Theo Randall. Our crew did the shoot using two Canon C300 Mk2 and Go Pro Hero 7 action camera with a slider attachment.
During the interview, Theo takes the viewer through five recipes which call for Mazzetti Aceto Balsamico. From roasted peppers to dressing ice cream, perfectly illustrating the versatility of this world famous condiment.
