Over the last few years the words \u2018Innovation<\/strong>\u2019 and \u2018Research & Development<\/strong>\u2019 have become increasingly important in the world of technology-related industries.
\nI take it you are all familiar with these words?
\nIndeed, many communication industry gurus have written often lengthy and confusing articles offering varied descriptions of the subject. Articles which, for many people, are difficult to understand.
\nObviously, the internet gives us the opportunity to discover a lot of interpretations of both \u2018Innovation\u2019 and \u2018Research & Development\u2019. Here are two classic examples of the standard definitions.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn all of the definitions used for innovation<\/strong>, changing or improvement of the process or product are common. Innovation is a process that begins with an introduction to plan an idea and will become a new function and so it’s different from creation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cResearch and Development<\/strong> play a critical role in the innovation process. It\u2019s essentially an investment in technology and future capabilities which is transformed into new products, processes, and services.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

However, we would like to put our own slant on their meanings. Here at Eventi-x, we don\u2019t have a limitless budget, but we are totally focused on the power of creativity and its ability to ensure we deliver work of the highest quality.
\nSure, we are a small company, but we believe in the power of our knowledge, especially in the synergy of our team. At the same time, we like to think creatively\u00a0and constantly improve our knowledge of the most important methods of communications, to build the\u00a0future steps of our success.<\/p>\n

Innovation at Eventi-X<\/strong> means change. We view change as an opportunity, not a threat.
\nWe innovate by constantly updating and increasing our range of state of the art audiovisual equipment.
\nWe innovate by taking two or more things we already have and putting them together in a different way.
\nWe innovate not by thinking out of the box, at Eventi-X we get rid of the box.
\nWe believe there’s a better way to do it … so we find it.<\/p>\n

In 2018 Eventi-X have invested more in Research and Development and the right people to carry out that R & D than at any time in our history. We work with the best manufacturers in the industry and by doing so ultimately ensure our customers receive a great level of service and an amazing experience which we know will stay with\u00a0them long after the event has ended.<\/p>\n

Innovation has nothing to do with how many R & D dollars you have. When Apple came up with the Mac, IBM was spending at least 100 times more on R & D.<\/em>
\nIt’s not about money. It’s about the people you have, how you’re led, and how much you get it.<\/em><\/h3>\n
